By accessing or using any software, tools, or services provided by Corpus46 LLC ("Corpus46," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Corpus46 provides software tools and SaaS applications designed for use by construction professionals and the general public. Our services are provided "as-is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software
• Resell or redistribute our services without written permission
• Upload malicious code or interfere with service operations

5. Payment & Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are billed as described at the time of purchase.
• All fees are in U.S. dollars.
• Corpus46 reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, content, workflows, and data models provided by Corpus46 are the exclusive property of Corpus46 LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any Corpus46 intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corpus46 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Corpus46 may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
